At Ring Catering, we provide catering services for weddings, private gatherings, corporate functions and special events. As our services involve freshly prepared food and event-specific arrangements, delivery details are agreed with each client before the booking is confirmed.

1. Catering Delivery Arrangements

Delivery arrangements depend on the type of event, its location, the menu and the services requested.

During the enquiry process, we discuss the event venue, delivery requirements and any arrangements needed to ensure the food arrives at the appropriate time.

Any agreed delivery arrangements will be included in the client's quotation or booking confirmation.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be discussed with the client before the booking is confirmed.

The total quotation will reflect the agreed catering services and any applicable delivery or transport costs.

3. Delivery Times and Event Setup

We coordinate delivery and, where included in the booking, setup according to the agreed event schedule.

Clients should provide accurate venue details, access information and the required serving time in advance. Any changes to the venue or event schedule should be communicated to Ring Catering as early as possible.

Delivery and setup times may depend on venue access, traffic and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Food Handling and Delivery

We take appropriate care when preparing, handling, transporting and delivering food, in accordance with applicable food safety requirements.

Where food delivery is part of the agreed service, arrangements will be made according to the nature of the food and the requirements of the event.

5. Changes to Delivery Arrangements

If the event location, delivery time or other arrangements change after a booking has been confirmed, clients should contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and any additional costs involved. Changes cannot always be guaranteed, particularly once event preparations or transport arrangements have begun.
